American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Fort Worth is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Fort Worth follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My husband and I designed and ordered our Wedding Cake from Guanajuato Bakery! This cake fed all our 200 guests and we still had some left over. We chose the white cake with pineapple filling and strawberry filling. Both were great but the pineapple was out of this world!! We were so pleased and this cake exceeded our expectations. Big thanks and we definitely recommend Guanajuato Bakery!

Guanajuato Bakery is hands down one of the best bakeries around! The bakery is always exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately shows the level of care and pride they put into their business. The quality of their pastries is absolutely amazingβ€”every item is fresh, flavorful, and made to perfection. You can truly tell they take great pride in their food. If you’re looking for true authentic Mexican pastries, this is the place to go. I highly recommend Guanajuato Bakery to anyone who appreciates high-quality baked goods and outstanding freshness. You won’t be disappointed!

Cake was great, but the service unfortunately wasn’t. If you don’t speak Spanish, ordering here may be difficult. While waiting in line, I was ignored for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me, and when I was helped, the interaction felt short and unfriendly. I also wanted to purchase an additional cake they already had available for Mother’s Day and simply asked if the decoration could be removed. I was told I would have to do it myself, even after spending around $100 on cakes. The cakes themselves were delicious, but the customer service experience really took away from it.

This Panaderia has an absolutely amazing and huge set of choices. Everything is extremely cleaned and well set up. They do custom cakes as well. The only complaint we would mention is lack of yeast in their conchas. They were good and fresh, but nothing can beat them when they have yeast in the dough.
